Pre-requisites:  None

This course is ideal for those wishing to achieve Level 2 Award in Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting. It will provide you with the appropriate techniques and safety guidelines to ensure that you are not only confident when using a chainsaw but also aware of relevant health and safety requirements.

Pre-Requisites – Candidates must hold a Certificate of Competence for Chainsaw Maintenance & Cross-cutting (CS30 / 0020-03) prior to attending this course.

This course is ideal for those wishing to achieve Level 2 Award in Felling and Processing Trees up to 380mm and will provide you with the appropriate techniques and safety guidelines to ensure that you are not only confident when felling trees, but also aware of relevant health and safety requirements ensuring that you stay protected.

Pre-requisites: Candidates must hold a Certificate of Competence for Chainsaw Maintenance & Cross-Cutting (0020-03 / CS30,) Felling & Processing Trees up to 380mm (0020-04 / CS31) & Felling & Processing Trees over 380mm (0021-01 / 21-11 / CS32) prior to attending this course.

This course is ideal for those looking to obtain a City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate of Competence in Assisted Felling.

Pre-Requisites: Candidates must hold a Certificate of Competence for Chainsaw Maintenance & Cross-Cutting (CS30 / 0020-03,)  Felling Trees up to 380mm (CS31 / 0020-04) & Felling Trees over 380mm (CS32 / 0021-01 / 0021-11) prior to attending this course.

Multiple windblown trees present very significant hazards and require specialist skills and knowledge. This course is ideal for those wishing to achieve Level 3 Award in Severing uprooted or windblown trees using a chainsaw.

Pre-requisites:  This training is suitable for occasional / domestic users only. This course is not suitable if you are using a chainsaw regularly in a professional capacity.

Pre-Requisites: Candidates must hold a Certificate of Competence for Chainsaw Maintenance & Cross-Cutting (CS30 / 0020-03) & Felling Trees up to 380mm (CS31 / 0020-04) prior to attending this course.

 

This course is ideal for those wishing to achieve Level 3 Award in Felling and Processing Trees over 380mm and will provide you with the appropriate techniques and safety guidelines to

ensure that you are not only confident but safe when felling trees over 380mm.

Pre-requisite:  None

 

This course is ideal for operators who are required to operate and maintain powered pole pruners and those looking to obtain a regulated qualification as it culminates in an assessment for the Level 2 Award in using a Powered Pole Pruner.
