Safe Operation of Hand Held Pesticide Stem Injection (PA6: unit 270)
Duration: 1.5 days including assessment
We now offer this course as a combination course covering this unit and two other pesticide units in our Pesticide Various Combined course.
Venue: Betchworth, Surrey
Pre-requisites: Candidates must hold a Certificate of Competence for Principles of Safe Handling & Application of Pesticides (PA1 / 0216-49) prior to attending this course.
Pesticides are very widely and successfully used in land-based industries but they can be potentially harmful substances. Therefore it is essential that they are handled, applied and stored correctly, therefore making training essential.
This course will guide you through the appropriate and safe use and application of pesticides with stem injection equipment.

This course culminates in an independent assessment for a City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Safe Application of Pesticides using Pedestrian Hand Held Equipment – Hand Held Stem Injection (PA6INJ)
Learners will also receive a Lantra Awards E-Certificate of Attendance.
