Land Skills Training and Assessments Ltd are now offering a training package for anyone wanting to gain skills in ground-based tree work. This discounted training package includes training and assessment in the subjects commonly required by employers for anyone that needs to use chainsaws on the ground.
What is included:
Training, Equipment and PPE, Lantra Course registrations, City and Guilds NPTC assessments, and associated registration fees - NO HIDDEN FEES.

This course is ideal for those wishing to achieve Level 2 Award in Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross-cutting.
This course is ideal for those wishing to achieve Level 2 Award in Felling and Processing Trees up to 380mm.
This 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work +F (Lantra Awards ITA) course teaches the First Aider how to act safely and effectively in a range of emergencies, specifically with the Forestry industry in mind.
You can either choose a 1-day integrated training and assessment
for Woodchipper or Stump Grinder.
Woodchippers are powerful pieces of equipment and if they are not used correctly they have the potential to cause injury, this makes having training essential.
Stump Grinders are powerful pieces of equipment that remove tree stumps by literally chipping away at them usually with a cutting wheel, this therefore makes these dangerous tools if not used correctly or with adequate training.
Ground Based Tree Work Training Discounted Package – £1772.25 (+ £316.00 VAT) = £2088.25
This is a discounted package, and all fees will need to be paid before the start of the first course.

The training can be spread throughout the year on any of our scheduled course dates.
